Exhibition Rules:
A. Fill in the "Exhibition Application Form" and affix the official seal, then mail or scan it to the organizing committee of the conference; The exhibitor shall pay all the exhibition fees to the sponsor by remittance or (Alipay) cash within 5 working days from the date of signing the contract according to the requirements of the payment notice, so as to confirm the booth location. After the exhibition fees are remitted, please send the bank remittance voucher to Party B for checking; After receiving the booth fee, the organizer can confirm the booth reserved by the exhibitor. Exhibitors who withdraw from the exhibition halfway after registration will not be refunded the exhibition fees.
After confirming the booth, the organizer will send the "Exhibition Manual" to the exhibitors; The brochure includes information related to the transportation of exhibits, booth design and construction, travel and accommodation arrangements, and rental of items. Exhibitors must complete the relevant forms in the brochure as required and return them to the organizer before the deadline.
C.The principle of sequential allocation of booths is "apply first, remit first, arrange first", and a 20% additional fee will be charged for double-sided booths;
